The North Carolina Extension Advisory Leadership System is a valuable partner to Cooperative Extension faculty and staff, giving Extension its grassroots connection to communities and audiences across North Carolina. The Advisory Leadership System helps with programming and advocacy at all of its levels. The system consists of three primary levels:
Specialized and issue-based committees may also be present at any level and are considered an aspect of a thriving advisory system.
