Youth Advisory Member, Jacob Furr, from Stanley County has been awarded the prestigious Park Scholarship. Jacob, who was just nominated as a youth representative to the State Advisory Council, found out he had been awarded the scholarship while attending the State Advisory Council Meeting in Moore County.
